Absolutely! Custom design is big investment, so we try to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. We typically like to break it up into 2-3 payments depending on the project scope.

Every project and scope is different, so we always like to chat with potential clients about their business goals before giving them an official quote for the project. After that, we’ll put together a custom proposal tailored to fit your specific needs depending on where you are in your business growth and the exact project scope. Branding projects typically take around 2-3 months* to complete. Brand + website projects can take 3-5 months depending on the scale and complexity of your site. And, we typically have a 3-4 week lead time to kick projects off.

As far as feedback guidelines go, we have strict deadlines on both sides. If you can’t dedicate time to the project, we aren’t a good fit.

Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 2-3 months in advance. If you have been thinking of working with us, reach out as soon as you can to secure your spot!

We only accept about 50% of project inquiries to ensure we are always working with clients that we are the best fit for, leading to a better outcome in the finished product for all parties involved.

Should you not be the best fit based on needs, budget or style, we will provide a referral to a close colleague.  

Branding is a business investment and should help you actually reach your goals. A logo alone isn’t going to help you connect with your audience, differentiate you from your peers, or bring in more revenue. For this reason, we don’t take on logo only projects. We only want you to invest in design that’s going to move the needle for you so you see a return on your investment.

I don’t believe that every business should invest in custom design. It’s a big investment so I always want to make sure that you will be able to see a return on investment. We recommend custom design to those that have been in business for at least 1-3 years and that have a clear understanding of their offerings and audience.

We typically offer both branding + website as a 1-2 punch as we love having full creative control over aesthetic. However, if you already have a full set of brand identity (logo, icon, color palette of at least 5 shades, header, subheader + body fonts), we’d be happy to take a look and see if we can work with it for your web project.

We only build 100% custom sites on WordPress. This platform provides us with the flexibility to build a 100% custom site, and are robust enough to grow with your business. Our process starts with our Web Strategy Framework, followed by Site Architecture and Custom design with strong User Interface and User Experience before going into Web Development phase.
